Results
On February 15, 1996, reinforcing steel was inspected at the following locations:
Circumferential and radial dome joints
The l~llowing discrepancies were noted an called to the attention of Bob, a reprelentative of Natgun
Corporal ion:
Lap splice joint was not tied
No minimum clearance between the bottom rebars and lbrm work at some locations
Some panel rebars were bent
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
