As requested, a visual inspection was conducted. Results are as follows:
I.) Building A and B, second floor and roof level framing at comer beam cm

* 1.) Beam support lugs not welded as detailed (S5.2/7), also weld size a~
inspected due to slag not removed.
*2.) Bolted connections, several bolts and washers missing, several bolts
