traffic control device at the intersection of MacArthur Blvd. and Parkway Blvd. I have referred
your request to our Engineering Department for review in accordance with City policy. I am

Re: Lakes of Coppell Owner's Association
Dear Jim:
On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Owner's Association, I would like to request that the
City of Coppell consider the installation of a traffic control device at the intersection of
MacArthur Boulevard and Parkway Boulevard. With the recently completed wall at this
intersection combined with excessive vehicle speeds, the existing sight visibility appears
inadequate.
Should a traffic control light not be possible in the near future, the Board would like to suggest
consideration be given to a three-way stop at this location.
