Alternate F2. During a conversation with Mr, Brian Bristow of Albert Halff ~. eaociates, Inc. lmor to
the bid date, Clean Cut, Inc. was in~ructr,.d to bid tiffs item as "2' Cal. Tree~ a~d On-~ite Topoi for
Berm Bu/lding". As of the C/~y Council meeting on 5/2~94, Landscape Bid Alternate #1 was al~o
.accepted, which increased the Base Bid Item Tree~ from 2" to 4" Cal. Irces and Lan~ Bid
Alternate #4 using imported topsoil in lieu of on-site topsoil. ~
Should you wish to use 4" Cal. trees in lieu of 2" Cal. trees and imported tops0/l in lieu of on-sim
topsoil, for Landscape Bid Alternate f2, this would add to the Total Contradt Amount, by Change
Order, the following amount: ~
