Dear Mr. Fritzgerald:
Per our conversation this morning, the following is a summary of my concern:
The area where my property meets the ending of the canal is eroding quickly and the footing of
my fence is beginning to show; the grassy area between my fence and the canal/creek is sheering
as well!!!!!
I spoke with Mr. Mike Martin, an engineering for the City of Coppell, this morning. He
indicated to me that the eroding area is the responsibility of the Homeowners association per the
plat (which I am enclosing for your review).
If my recollection is correct, you said that as part of the Homeowners Association taking over of
the Lakewood Estates, the developer had been asked to extend the wall all the way to the end,
where the creek is.
I appreciate that the extension of the wall is being requested of the developer, however, I am
about to lose my fence ! !! !!
Your expediting a resolution to this problem will greatly be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Terry grim Tcheng
