1. Lakewood Estates Replat. Lots 1-15. Block D, located east of Village Parkway, along
the north side of Basilwood Drive, at the request of Unzicker, Schnurbusch
&Associates, Inc.
1. Why is this being submitted? What has changed on the approved plat?
2. Minimum finish floor should be provided for lot 15R, Block D.
3. The floodplain administrator signature block should be provide.

thc east side of this subdivision that arc adjacent to Denton Creek?
2. Riverehase Club Apartments (Plan A} Preliminary Plat, located along the northwest
corner of Beltline Road and MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Nathan Maier
Consulting Engineers Inc.
1. Five foot wide sidewalks should be provided on MacArthur Blvd.
2. Thc Firc Department should bc asked ~q~ether or not trucks can madc thc turn at thc
north end of the apartment complex in thc fire lane.
2. The following comment pertains to the traffic study for the Riverchase Club
Apartments. These comments apply to both Plan A and B. It is my understanding
that revisions to the study will be submitted to be included with the P&Z packets.
However, I will not have time to review it prior to my comments being due. Any
changes to these comments will be addressed at the P&Z meeting.
a.. All exact calculations and copies of any publications referenced in this study
should be provided with the study.
b. Please comment why the trip generation for multi-family low rise apartments code
221 was used in lieu of 220.
