Final Acceptance
Dear Sir:
A final acceptance letter was written for Lakewood Estates Tract B on June 30, 1993 with two
stipulations. As of this date those requirements have not been met.
Effective immediately, no additional permits will be issued for Lakewood Estates Tract B until
the following items have been completed:
1. completion of the lake,
2. final grading and adjustment of fence around the ground storage tank,
3. re-submit as-built plans.
