RE: Kroger at MacArthur Blvd. and Sandy Lake Road
Escrow / Roadway Impact Fee Calculations
Dear Mr. Kmeger:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Escrow/Roadway Impact Fee calculations for Krogers
at MacArthur and Sandy Lake Road. During the development review process it was noted that
Roadway Impact Fees would be required for this site. We have evaluated both the Roadway
Impact Fee and the Street Escrow Fee and based on our current Roadway Impact Ordinance, we
can assess the lesser of the two. In this case, that means that the Street Escrow applies.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $72,936.00 and forward it to
Jennifer Armstrong, Interim Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee calculations.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
Assistant City Manager/City Engineer
