Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have been in phone contact with Mr. Mike Martin of your office with regard to our plan submittal of
November 17, 1995. Based on those conversations, submitted herewith are three sets of final plans for
construction of thc site improvements.
Our discussions with Mike primarily' centered around the improvements to the Sandy Lake right-of-way-
and the strip of land bemeen Sandv Lake and our south line of parking. From those conversations and mx'
contact with Kroger, it has been determined to construct the brick pavers for thc Sandy Lake driveways as
part of our site construction, rather than leaving them for 'later. However, due to the impending public
improvements to Sandy Lake. it is our &sire to postpone installation of landscaping and irrigation in this
area until after the street is improved. A cop3' of the revised landscape plan is enclosed, and revisions to
the irrigation plan are currently being made.
In addition to the changes Mike and I have discussed, there have been some very minor modifications to the
building dimensions which have been reflected on these plans, sheets 5 and 7.
We will submit the revised landscape and irrigation plans to Building Inspections next week. A contractor
has been selected and has begun to move onto the site. They have been in contact with Building Inspections
with regard to a Pre-construction meeting, fees and permits. They will also be submitting an NOI shortly.
We are processing the plat to get utility and oxxner signatures, and will submit it later in the construction
process.
It is my understanding that we should be ready to get construction underway. Please feel free to contact me
