Dear Mr. Jones:
On Nov. 7, 1995 I met with Mike Martin of the Engineering Department to review his comments
from the 2nd review' of civil plans for the referenced project. He instructed me to submit to you
for review the site lighting, landscaping, irrigation and screening wall. It is mv understanding that
these items are inspected by your department during construction.
Plans for the store itself are being prepared by an architect at this time. We plan to award a
contract tbr construction of site utilities, earthwork and paving as soon as plans are approved by
the city. Some elements of these drawings may well be included in that contract, such as the
screening wall, and site lighting. We will continue to coordinate with you and the Engineering
Dept. to ensure that all necessaDr approvals are taken care of
