Follow-up Walk thru for Church of Latter Day Saints
(615 N. Macarthur)
A follow-up walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 112/22/95
and the items listed below have not been corrected.
Pump out fire vault and clean out bottom. Also seal bottom of vault, water is coming
from bottom.
All four double checks need to be tested. (Submit results to Water Utilities Dept).
