Walk Thru for Church of Latter Day Saints 8{~'~
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
1. 21" of curb on north end of right turn -- remove and
repour.
2. Move erosion control fence to property line and seed.
3. Seal curb saw joints.
4. Move sign and raise to 7' height using telesbar pole
and break-away.
5. Sidewalk on north side of approach -- seal.
6. Sidewalk on south side of drive approach -- remove and
replace.
