TO P&Z
1. Please provide a south bound deceleration lane on MacArthur Blvd. (100' transition w/100'
storage length) at main ingress/egress driveway.
2. Six inch concrete pavement with six inch stabilized base will be required for all fire lanes.
3. Please provide water and sewer plans.
4. On the landscape plan, brick pavers are required at all ingress/egress points as per the City's
Streetscape Plan.
Platting Comments:
1. Roadway impact fees will be assessed.
2. Show visibility triangle easements at all ingress/egress points.
3. Please show fire lane easements.
