A walk-thru was conducted on 12/8/95 on the above referenced project.

Below are
Pump out fire vault and clean out bottom.
Clean out all four (4) meter boxes and clean out dirt.
Locate fire hydrant valve.
Paint sewer clean out lids, red and stencil a red clean out on adjacent curb.
Paint fire vault valve, fire hydrant valve red and fire hydrant valve on curb adjacent
to valve and V on curb adjacent to vault on curb.
Paint main line valve blue with a V on curb.
All three double checks have to be inspected by a licensed backflow tester.
Stencil a blue W on curb adjacent to meter boxes.
Clean dirt and brick out of sewer clean out boxes and grout inside around pipe.
