The t'ollowlng relates thu results of a site vlsi! conducted on Septemb¢ix ~ 1994 to the ~tbove-
referenced project site. Thc purpose of the visit was to view excess mol~t, tru experi~ncod along
the south area of the parking lot, comment on thc sotirce o( the moistt~r¢, and provide
recommendations for remodiation of thc moisture, as necessary. Atterdee$ to tho site vi~½t

The insltu soils consisted of ret. taco dcposlts which were prc~lominately g t-amdar in natu~ with
zones of iaea gravel. The top of shale was encountered approximately 2 to 2% fc'~t below the
existing grade at the titlte o£ the site visit. Water w'a~ entering thc small pi through tire gr~.nular
pea grave~ at a relatively constant rate.
It is our opinion that this water present~ a potential tons-term ptllll}li[~g condition if' it is not
