I spoke with John Levett on April 5th, 1993, concerning the preliminary
I provided the following comments to Mr. LeveR:
1. The streetscape plan will need to be followed. There should be some
drive approach to the church with the existing median opening at Lake Fo
2. The church should pursue the acquisition of an access easement and/or r
property to the west so that they can access Samuel, thereby gaining acc~
intersection at Samuel and MacArthur for northbound vehicles. The currenl
with the medians in MacArthur does not lend itself for the traffic hex
MacArthur.
