Aa~tion No. 1 ~L - - De~ Mr. Jones: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. All inside mining radii for fire lanes need to be 30' minimum. 2. Parking space dimensions need to meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. Locate the bollards to give sufficient clearance for vehicles trying to park in the parking space adjacent to the flume. 4. Adjust the manhole shown in the left turn lane serving the south end of the property. 5. The brick pavers in the median nose of the left turn lane serving the south end of the property should be done per City Standards. 6. Provide a detail for the modified left-turn lane. 7. Coordinate the relocation of the street light with T.U. Electric. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
