5. Dom, Cut off valve reset valve stack so it can be cut off,

7. Replace blue button for 2~ F.ll. south of building,
8, Maill line valve S,E. of building needs 4'
9. F,H. valve S.E. of building needs 4' extension,
10, F,H, N.E. of building needs dirt r~noved from F.H.
11. Vault N.W. of building needs dirt removed so will drain away from vault-not inside.
12. Raise valve stack and place pad on valve stack to vault at 440 Royal.
13. Rel~int yellow F.H. located, at Royal and repair leak & mark on curb FHV in red.
