Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed for your review is our utility subcontractor's response to DWU's request for
information regarding the water line shut downs for the three remaining DWU water line
lowerings. Please inform our office if the proposed shut down date for lowerings #5 and #6 is
acceptable.
With regard to lowering #7, the telephone conduit that has been in conflict with that lowering
since February 10, 2001 is still in conflict with that lowering. Our utility subcontractor has
installed all of the water line for this lowering that can be installed without an engineering
solution to the conflict or removal of the conflict by the franchise utility.
