RE: Sandy Lake Road - DWU Contract No. 98-311F/312F DVVU 30' Water Main Relocation
Dear Mr. Weber
The following information was requested by Harold Baha (DWU Relocation Project Manger)
in a letter to Mr. Ken Griffin, P.E. with the City of Coppell on April 10, 2001(Enclosed).
1. How many shutdowns are proposed?
We are requesting 2 shutdowns -
The first is for Relocations # 5 and #6
The second is for Relocation #7
2. What date is scheduled for the shutdown(s) to begin?
The first to start on April 23rd at 6 AM and end on April 24th no later than 6 PM.
Tl~e second date is unknown at this time due to a conflict with a telephone conduit.
3. What is the duration of the shutdown(s)?
The first shutdown is for 36 hours for two lowerings
The second shutdown will require 24 hours for one lowering.
The dates we have scheduled can be changed to meet DWU's requirements. I will need as
much notice as possible to reschedule Hanson°s weldem.
if the telephone conduit can be relocated by Friday, April 20, 2001. We can have the line
closed, tested, and ready for tie-ins on Monday, April 30, 2001.
