Dear Mr. Griffin:
As requested, our utility subcontractor has examined the removal and replacement of the air
release valve at STA 11+50 and has submitted the following prices:
Removal of recently installed air valve $1,950.00
Replacement of air valve
We have assumed that the City of Coppell will continue to pay for the installation of the original
air release valve installed at STA 11 ' 50. We will need an additional four (4) calendar days to
complete this work.
