As requested, our utility subcontractor, M-Co Construction, has submitted a price breakdown to
install temporary water services to allow the 16" water line to be lowered at several locations
without a disruption in service to several businesses. The following prices apply to the
temporary water services detailed on the January 25, 1999 Kimley-Hom drawings near STA

As requested, we have reevaluated our prices for two additional 16" gate valves. The revised
prices are as follows:
1. Cost to cut-in 16" gate valve on RCCP line at Kimble Kourt $11,500.00
2. Cost to cut-in 16" gate valve on DI pipe near STA 54+00 $8,200.00
Please add an additional twenty two (22) calendar days to the project's duration for the
temporary services and the gate valves. If you have any questions regarding this issue, don't
