Dear Mr. Griffin:
In accordance with your guidance at the most recent monthly meeting, our utility subcontractor,
M-Co Construction, has revised their prices for the two additional 16" gate valves to be installed
to isolate portions of the existing 16" water line. As directed, these prices have been adjusted to
include the cost to purchase and install the 16" valve. Our utility subcontractor, M-Co
Construction, has submitted the following prices to cut those valves into the existing RCCP or DI
water line:
1. Additional cost to cut-in 16" gate valve on RCCP line $12,800.00
2. Additional cost to cut-in 16" gate valve on ductile iron pipe $12,400.00
Please note that these prices do not include a vault or the bypass. Please add an additional eight
calendar davs to the r~roiect's duration for the txvo additional valves.
