Enclosed for your review and approval is our traffic control plan for the first phase of the
MacArthur and Sandy Lake intersection. It is our intent to close the eastern north bound lane of
MacArthur to construct the portion of the intersection that is cross hatched on the attached
drawing. The MarArthur lane closure will be set up in accordance with the detail on page 6B-9.3
of the 1980 Texas MUTCD. EBCC would like to set this lane closure on May 1, 2001 and begin
construction of the intersection.
Please provide our office with your decision regarding this closure at your earliest convenience.
If you have any questions regarding this issue, don't hesitate to contact our office.
