RE: Flood Study Elm Fork of Trinity River at Belt Line Road
Dear Mr. Morrison:
On Monday December 28, 1998 two copies of the referenced flood study were delivered to my
office. As you are aware, prior to any review by this office, there are required fees that need to
be paid. Those fees are as follows: $2,000 for the review of the Conditional Letter of Map
Revision that will eventually go to FEMA, $1,000 for the review of the Corridor Development
Certificate and $1,500 for the Corridor Development Certificate by the Corps of Engineers. The
review of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision and the initial review of the Corridor
Development Certificate are performed by the City's consultant and the additional $1,500 is for
the submittal of the Corridor Development Certificate to the Corps of Engineers for their review.
Please make arrangements to have the copies of the flood study that were submitted to this office
on December 28, 1998 picked up. If arrangements are not made to have them picked up, they
will be mailed back to your office for resubmittal in the following manner:
1. Two copies of the flood study for the Conditional Letter of Map Revision;
2. Two separate copies of the submittal for the Corridor Development Certificate;
3. A check in the amount of $4,500 for the review of the study.

location marked with a yellow tab and submit a cop).' to FEMA~ for their review. If you care to usc it, we
have provided a cop).' of a sample FEMA submittal letter.
We have also prox~ded CDC approval forms for your consideration.
A plat is presently under completion, and x~411 be provided as soon as it is available. The preliminary plat
available at this time shows an area outside the ownership that is to be modified. The property owners arc
in the process of locating ownership of this tract, and obtaining permission for offsite modifications.
