which has been there for many years and which is within the city limits of the City of
Coppell. The City has never made any effo~s to maintain that road nor to make any
repairs on it when such were necessa~, so it has always been up to the prope~y
owner to do so. For that reason, materials were being delivered to the site and stored
there for purposes of makin; those necessaw repairs. As I understand the situation,
this road predated all of the ordinances and regulations you reference. There is no
intention to use this material for "fill" or other "development" as you sta~e.
If the City of Coppell would rather arrange and pay for the costs of maintaining this
road, I am sure my client would be willing to ente~ain any proposal along those lines.
Othe~ise, if you still think there is some infraction o' s~ rule involved, please help
me understand what that would be.
