RE: 1849 East Be!tline Road
Dear Mr. Carraies:
As peI our conversation this morning, you are aware that the
aforementioned property where you ar~ currently keeping six
quarter horses is located in the flo~d plain. After speaking
with the C~ty's Engineering Deparument regarding your location,
i~% was brcught to my attention that ~o additional fencing other
:~b,~n the feDcing surrounding the vol!eybal! courts is per, mitred
on that particular size. Therefore, ~he ~talis that you erected
or~ the eas~ side o~ the existing structure need to be taken dc'~n
and removed.
At this time fencin9 cannot be erected on any portion of the
property you are leasing. Additionally, if fencing were to be
allowed in the flood plain, it would have to be break-a-way
fencing, and ,would not be suitable for containing large
livestock.
Please re.move the stalls and six ho~ses currently occupying the
property a(. 1849 East Beltline Road,. Coppell, Texas, by January
