RE: Clarification of Zoning
Dear Mr. Robinson:
As per your letter dated November 18, 1995, requesting written clarification as to if the KKR
property has been zoned recreational. I discussed this issue with Gary Sieb, Director of Planning
and Community Services, and he informed me that there has been no rezoning of your property.
In May, 1995 the Zoning Ordinance was amended to clarify that any outdoor cormnercial
amusement would require a Special Use Permit (SUP) in agriculture zoning.
Listed below are the tracts under the property of KKR and their existing zoning classifications.
