Concerning Temporary Tent/Awning Cover

I received a copy of the referenced letter on October 2, 1992. The letter made reference to the
location of the floodplain. After reviewing our floodplain limits and our Floodplain Ordinance,
I responded to Greg Jones on October 5, 1992 stating that as long as the cover was temporary
and contained entirely within the current fenced area, then I would have no objection to the
installation of the temporary tent/awning cover.
According to our current Floodplain maps, it appears that the proposed location of the temporary
tent/awning cover is not within a designated floodplain area.

this with you.
