Dear Larry:
As requested, Unzicker, schnurbusch & Associates sent field crews to
the subject addition to verify the elevations of each ici adjacent to
a flood plain easement (Lots 1-40, Block D). Elevations were checked
at each pad corner and each lot line/flood plain easement line
intersection, as indicated on the attached exhibit. Our field
investigation indicated that the elevation of all six points are above
the 100 year flood elevation for Lots 1-40, Block D.
Please note that the final lot benching is ongoing for this
development. Lots 26-39, Block D are currently above the elevations
indicated on the Lot Grading Plans, and will be cut during the final
lot benching operations to our design elevations over the next 5 to 10
workinq days. This final grading will not place any lot below the 100
year flood elevation. USA, Inc. can provide additional survey
services after completion of final grading if required.
Sincerely,
CSS/mh

Dear Lar~:
As requested, Unzicker, Schnurbusch & Associates sent field crews to
the subj~t addition to verify the street and alley locations and
elevations. Our field investigations indicate that all pavement lies
within the platted Right-of-Ways and meets normal field tolerances.
The street and alley pavement matched the construction plans with a
horizontal tolerance of 0.7 feet (seven tenths of a foot) and a
vertical tolerance of 0.2 feet (two tenths of a f~t).
Sincerely,

Oear Larry:
As we discussed in our meeting on June 15, 1993, we are unable to
comDlete the fina! grading and rip-rap installation for the Finger
Lake along the nor~ boundary line of this addition due to the high
water level An Denton Creek. I am writing this letter to assure you
that my client fully intends to comDlete this work once the water
su~ides and the area in question sufficiently dries for grading
o~ratlons, mr contractor estimates the work can be ¢omplet~ in
fifteen {15) days of favor~le working conditions.
I request that We city of Coppell recognize the hardship involved and
grant final acceDtanoe of this project.
Thank you for your tame and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Craig
