In reference to the MacArthur Blvd. Fence Detail, Gary Sieb, Planning Director, made a comment about the spacing between the columns. A 20' spacing is needed between the columns to create the same appearance as all the other walls on MacArthur Blvd. 2. Provide a plan view detail of the support column. 3. In regards to the detail showing how the Lakewood Estates screening wall will tie into the elementary school screening wall column, it is my understanding that Gary Sieb is discussing with Walter Anderson, a liaison for the Homeowners Association of the Lakes of Coppell, on the best way to connect the two screening walls. There are other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
