Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Lakewood Estates Tract "A" Job No. 91073 Dear Larry: As requested, Unzicker, Schnurbusch & Associates sent field crews to the subject addition to verify the street and alley locations and elevations. Our field investigations indicate that all pavement lies within the platted Right-of-Way and meets normal field tolerances. The street and alley pavement matched the construction plans with a horizontal tolerance of 0.5 feet (five tenths of a foot) and a vertical tolerance of 0.10 feet (one tenth of a foot).
