Alley Radius Right-of-Way Dedication
Dear Mr. Smiley:
In regard to Lakewood Estates Tract B, the right-of-way dedication by separate instrument
requested by the City was approved at the Tuesday, February 9, 1993, City Council meeting and
will be filed at the Dallas County Courthouse by the City. Attached is the agenda item request
form, the signed ordinance requesting dedication, the legal description, and the minutes from
the Council meeting regarding this item.
As shown in the plans, the construction of the alley radius includes the removal and replacement
of the Village Parkway Pump Station fence.
