This letter is to confim~ a teleplxme conversation the week of January 28. 1993 you had with Mr.
Craig Smiley of Unzicker. Schnurbusch & Associates concerning the construction inspection of the
relocation of the Coppell MUD's 30" sewer main through the Lakewood addition. According to
Craig. the MUD is not going to inspect the installation, but instead is going to rely on the City of
Coppell inspection.
Mr. Larry Davis of the City of Coppell is the inspect~r ~n this site and he has been observing the
installation of the new line.
