has agreed to pay the Coppell Independent School District CCISD") $3,600.00 for the hardship the
development of our site has caused the CISD. In return for this payment my client is requesting
that the CISD write a letter to Mr. Ken Griffen. City Engineer. City of Coppell releasing I..C. Estates
Ltd. and the Lakewood development from any further nbligatk~ns related to the above referenced
sctx)ol site.
Please let me know when the release letter is ready so that I can deliver the check and pick up
the letter.
