Dear Mr. Levell:
The Architectural Review Committee of the Lakes of Coppell Owners' Association met on Thursday,
February 4, 1993. At this meeting, the Committee reviewed your recent submittal and made the following
comments:
1. Final Plat Lakewood Estates (Tract A): Approved with the followine: condition:
a. The Lakes of Coppel Owners' Association will assume the maintenance along Oakwood Lane
the later of 1.) one year after the installation of the improvements or 2.) on January 1, 1995
and final acceptance by the Association.
2. Landscape plans Lakewood Estates: Denied !'or the following reasons:
a. Details 5/4 and 4/4 must show the relationship of the proposed fences to the property lines.
b. The color of the Oakwood Lane wrought iron fencing shall match the gray approved for the
school's wrought iron.
