BEING a tract of land situated in the B.B.B. & C.R.R. Survey, Abstract No.
199, Dallas County, Texas; and being a part of Village Parkway Pump Station
as recorded in Volume 87241, Page 2142, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas;
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said
Village Parkway Pump Station;
THENCE South 02°20'07'' East along the East line of said Village Parkway
Pump Station, a distance of 40.00 feet to a corner at the beginning of a
curve to the left whose chord bears North 47°20'07'' West;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along said curve to the left having a
centr'al angle of 90°00'00'', a radius of 40.00 feet, and an arc length of
62.83 feet, to a point for corner on the North line of said Village Parkway
Pump Station;
THENCE North 87°39'53'' East along the North line of said Village Parkway
