Dear Mr. Smiley:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1) Need to provide a legal description and sketch of the necessary fight-of-way
required to construct alley radius. (Refer to Sheet 22)
2) Make the noted changes shown on water plans on Sheet 3.
3) Address the comments on sanitary sewer plan.
4) Show proposed utilib, crossing on sanitary sewer and storm sewer profiles.
5) Provide necessary erosion control at all discharge points.
6) A one point of discharge needs to be shown for concrete channel and 36" RCP.
(Refer to Sheet 9)
7) Address the comments on both the Pilot Channel ,and the Lake Improvement plan
and profile sheets.
8) Need to have a 15 foot radius for Alley "F-I" at the intersection of Cherrywood
Trail. (Refer to Sheet 20)
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be submitted to the City for review.
