Third Construction Review Comments for City Garage Lot 2 and Lot 3, Blk 1
MacArthur Plaza Addition
Dear Mr. Vilbig:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On the site plan, show the larger radii to miss the AT&T manhole as per conversation on
7/15/96. Also label the AT&T manhole on the plans.
2. Correct the spelling errors at the locations shown on the paving plan.
3. Show the revised radius on all the sheets of the construction plans.
4. On the utility plan, show the AT&T manhole, and provide a note to install double check
device for both 1" meters.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
