we have been informed by Glenn Thurman, Inc. that the pl&nt site
they have requested is contiguous to this proposed right-of-way,
and therefore, they have requested exemption from public notice.

Dear Mr. Kramer:
We are submitting herewith a Form PI-7 with attac~lments r~garding
a proposed concrete batch plant site in Coppell, Texas. This site
will be utilized for the paving of streets and alleys in Lakewood
Estates.
Please be advised that these streets and alleys will be ~edlcated
to the City of Coppell. A City of Coppell official will be sending
you a verification letter next week. Whereas the proposBd plant
site lies on property which is contiguous to the right-of-way of
proposed Basilwood Drive, we request that the public notification
process be waived.
Based on our site investigation, there are no public schools
located within 3000 ~eet of the proposed site.
Please proceed with a site inspection, and feel free to call our
office should you have any questions or comments.
