Dear Gary:
Per our telephone conversation, I am attaching a set of drawings on our above-referenced
project that include:
1. Final Plat
2. Water Plan
3. Sanitary Sewer Plan
4. Drainage Plan
As you are aware, the city .council has approved our Final Plat. In addition, the city
engineer has reviewed all of the engineenng drawings for the projec! and has submitted his
comments to our engineers. It is my understanding they have corrected and addressed all of the
city engineer's comments. We had designed the relocation of the 27~ sewer trunk line in
cooperation with the MUD engineer, Mr. Jeff Hawkins. We were unaware of the MUD's desire
to potentially locate the sewer line as shown in green on.,0._lhe, he..%~aattached Final Plat. Before making
its' final decision on the desired route of the line, the~VlUD Js now having the line TV'd. This
should be completed by the end of this week or the first of next week. I would anticipate having
an agreement worked out with the MUD relative to the sewer line routing and extent of
replacement within the next two weeks.

the city council to address all of your concerns and requests related to this project. At this time,
I would like to request the city to ~,rant an early start for installation of utilities and t>avin~ on
that portion of the site outlined in 3fellow on the attached Final Plat. This part of the project is
got affected by the sewer line relc~'a,;~q, nor other items that may relate to the sewer line
relocation. In order to meet certain deadlines that I have with my builder and construction
lender, I need to begin work as soon as possible. Therefore, upon l~avment of all fees, I would
like for the city to release the west portion for utility work to begin.
