City Engineer City of Coppell, Engineering Dept. 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Lakewood Estates Coppell, Texas 91073 Dear Ken: As the owner of that tract of land located East of the referenced addition, I have reviewed the Drainage plans prepared by unzicker, Schnurbusch and Associates, Inc., dated August, 1992. I understand their request to grade across my property is strictly for drainage considerations. This grading will be performed by contractors under contract with the developer of this tract and under no circumstance shall I be responsible for any development cost, City fees or other financial responsibilities associated with these improvements. I also request that all drainage swales from the proDosed lake or storm sewer improvements to Denton Creek be situated such that large caliper trees be preserved where possible. This letter shall serve merely as my consent for the developer to construct only those improvements shown on the referenced plans and for no other purpose.
