Re: Lakewood Estates

Dear Glenn:
On behalf of our client, Waymon Levell, President of L.C. Estates,
Ltd., the developer of the referenced addition, we respectfully
request that the TU Electric easements within the platted areas be
abandoned as discussed at the DRC meeting this past month. Please
find attached two copies of the approved Final Plat of Lakewood
Estates, which has been highlighted to show those easements which
need to be abandoned.
It is important that these easements be abandoned prior to City
acceptance of the subdivision, which is tentatively scheduled for
November of this year. These easements must be properly abandoned
as to not cloud the title work when these lots become available to
the builder.
If there is anything I can do to help expedite the abandonment
process, please feel free to call me or Craig Smiley at (214) 634-
3300. As always, we appreciate the effort you and your staff have
provided us.
Sincerely,
Kevin R. ~endrick, P.E.
