As requested, this letter is to provide you information regarding the lO0-ye{
to the reference property. While this property is not in an official desig~ted floodplain, it is
adjacent to an area which could be inundated by the 100-year storm eventJ The FIS base flood
elevation is 445 feet at the north end of the property and 443 feet at he south end of the
property. As per the City of Coppell Floodplain Ordinance # 94639, the lowest floor shall be
elevated a minimum of two (2) feet above the FIS base flood elevation. Therefore, the
minimum finish floor elevation at the north end of the property is 447 fe~ ~t and 445 feet at the
south end.
