This information will be shown on the respective design document to avoid any possible conflicts by our contractors. Also, please provide a name and phone number of the person in your organization who should be contacted by the excavation, utility and paving contractors prior to their beginning work. I would also appreciate it very much if you could identify the location of any easements that will be needed by for your company in order to provide service to this subdivision. P~ease be aware that the lots along the North line of tracts "A" and "B" are lake lots, and the lots along the East line of tract "B" are partially located within a 100 year floodplain as defined by an easement shown on the plat.
