Second Construction Review Comments for City Garage
Lot 2 and 3, Block 1 MacArthur Plaza Addition
Dear Mr. Vilbig:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Show a legal description of the lots on the coversheet.
2. Provide the plat after the coversheet.
3. Relocate the 5' walk that is proposed along the deceleration lane in line with the brick paver
band.
4. Show the width of the sidewalk and street easement on the plat.
5. On the paving plan, show the sidewalk and street easement and its width. Also, remove
the details from the paving plan. Refer to the City of Coppell Standard Construction
Details.
6. Include in the general notes the comments shown on the plans.
7. On the utility plan, provide 1" meter sizes for the domestic and irrigation meters.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
