west side of MacArthur Blvd., approximately 1140' from Belt Line
Road, at the request of Spiars & DeOtte, Inc.

Site Plan
1. Provide drainage plans.
2. Show water and sewer connections and meter sizes.
3. Because of the proposed traffic patterns along the east side of this development and
adjacent developments, Engineering recommends that there be no cross access on the
east and that all access for the developments be from the west side off of the fire
lane/common access easements.
4. The driveway and fire lane off site of the property must be built when any of the
properties develop.
5. Water, sewer & Roadway impact fees will be required.
6. Show the dimension between the southern most landscape buffer and the A/C screening
wall.
7. Plan should be consistent in all regards with the information submitted with the plat.
Landscape Plan
1. Show brick pavers.
2. Show landscaping in buffer between mini warehouse and parking.
3. Show visibility sight triangles at all ingress/egress points.
3. Extend landscape buffers east between two properties. Same comment as Site Plan
