Provide drainage plans 2. Show water and sewer connections and meter sizes. 3. Because of the proposed traffic patterns along the east side of this development and adjacent developments, Engineering recommends that there be no cross access on the east and that all access for the developments be from the west side off of the fire lane/common access easements. 4. Eight foot wide brick paver bands are required at ingress/egress off of MacArthur.. 5. The driveway and fire lane off site of the property must be built when any of the properties develop. 6. Provide and build deceleration lane for driveway (12' wide, 100' storage with 100' taper length). 7. Water, sewer & Roadway impact fees will be required. 8. Show the dimension between the southern most landscape buffer and the A/C screening wall. Landscape Plan 1. Show brick pavers. 2. Show landscaping in buffer between mini warehouse and parking. 3.
