HISTORY:
City Council approved the amendment to the planned development to
permit a 3,498 square foot self-service car wash and a 1,680 square foot
drying shed on September 9, 1997. The preliminary plat was approved by
Council on May 14, 1996.

MacArthur Boulevard is a 4-lane divided thoroughfare built in a
110'-wide right-of-way shown on the thoroughfare plan as a P6D,
6-lane divided thoroughfare.

development. Staff requests that all the development conditions of the
amended planned development as enumerated in the adopted ordinance be
placed on the face of the final plat (see attachment).
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat subject to all development conditions
of the amended planned development as enumerated in the adopted ordinance be
placed on the face of the final plat.
