Lone Star Gas Company, a division of ENSERCH Corporation requests a sp~
900 square foot lot located approximately 700 feet east of the intersection of
MacArthur Boulevard for the purpose of constructing a natural gas measurin~
of this facility is essential to Lone Star Gas's ability to reliably serve the rapidl
of Coppell gas customers.
Attached are the following items as specified in the Special Use Permit applic~
- Completed application.
- Legal description of the proposed measuring station site.
- Site plan of the proposed measuring station site showing no existing structm
- Site plan for surrounding property as furnished by the seller of the lot.
- Photograph of a similar measuring station with a wood fence.
The application fee is not included since Lone Star Gas's franchise agreement
Coppell specifically states that the franchise fee is in lieu of all other fees. A c~
agreement is enclosed for your convenience.
Granting of this Special Use Permit at the earliest possible date will allow for
facility before the cold weather of December, January and February arrives. Y
